For consumers
A clearer picture of what you choose.
Product information should help you make a decision. PIVERS makes that information easier to find, understand and act on, free and with no account needed.
Start with what you can check
Your product.
Your questions.
A check shows the record it found, the level of identification and any important warnings. When the answer is incomplete, that is made clear too.
- Scan or enter a Product Integrity Code
- Compare the record with the item in front of you
- Read applicable notices and evidence limitations
- Get guidance on a useful next action
A complete checking journey
More than a scan.
Understand the evidence
See what a record establishes and where its scope ends. A product-level match is different from an individual-item check.
Get recall alerts
See every published recall and safety notice, and get an email when a new one is published.
Report a concern
Tell us what looks wrong, with or without a code. Anonymous reports get a private follow-up code.
Ask for clarity
Planned AI assistance will explain information in everyday language while keeping the evidence and warnings visible.
Confidence with context
Keep these distinctions in mind.
01 / A match has a scope
A record is not the physical item.
A copied code can point to a real record. Read the result carefully and compare it with your packaging.
02 / Warnings matter
A familiar product can still need attention.
Expiry, recalls and other notices are different from product identity. Warnings are always shown first, even when a code matches.
03 / Unknown is not fake
No match is not a counterfeit finding.
The product may not be enrolled in PIVERS. If you are worried, report it and a case officer will look into it.
Confidence starts with clarity
Make a more informed choice.
Check a product code, read any notices that apply, and know the next step if something looks wrong.
